Refund Can Be intialized within 3 days once initialized


At Swayammvar, we strive to offer the best services to our members. However, due to the nature of our matrimonial services, we have a specific refund policy in place. Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the service or product must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after the processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company. Contact us at support@swayammvar.com if you still have not received your refund after contacting your financial institution.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items or services are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not offer exchanges for services. If you require a different service, please contact us to discuss your options.

Gifts

If you received a service as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. If the gift was redeemed, the refund will be issued in the form of credit for future use.
